About Mariah Johnston
Mariah Johnston is a dedicated wife, mother of three, and wellness enthusiast.
Mariah earned her Master’s of Science in Health Promotion and Education from the University of Utah in 2019. She received her Bachelor of Science for Health Promotion from Weber State University in 2016. That same year she was awarded the Health Promotion Major Outstanding Graduate award for her commitment and enthusiasm for health and going above and beyond what the degree required. |
Mariah is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) who volunteers much of her time to teaching health and wellness practices to groups in her community.
She specializes in body image, eating disorders, stress management, and family health. Along with facilitating workshops and presentations, Mariah is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NCB-HWC) and enjoys virtual and face-to-face wellness coaching. |
Mariah is an active member in her community by volunteering with groups like AARP, Junior League, and Help Me Grow Utah.
Her passion is teaching others about healthy living; not only physical health, but a balance between all factors of health and wellness. She wants to achieve this by living a healthy and balanced life, through group classes and presentations, with personal coaching, and with online wellness courses. |
