What does coaching look like?
I conduct my coaching mainly on the phone or video conference but am also licensed to have clients come to my home office if they are local. My packages are priced by-the-hour, but can be broken down into smaller times and spread over multiple days of the week. Some clients find they like 4 15-minute calls each week. What to expect: Plan on a 10-15 minute phone conversation with coach Mariah. It helps to have a health topic in mind you would like to work on (sleep, exercise, diet, stress management, relationships, time management, self-care, self-esteem/body image, etc.). TestimonialsVictoria V.

Hannah has a sensitive and compassionate nature, as well as a results oriented personality. Having walked her own journey of healing and improved health, she has the ability to empathize firsthand with her clients. She has personal experience being coached herself and knows what it’s like to be the client. She is also a wife and a young mom to three little ones, so she has experienced the challenges and strains of parenthood and seeking for balance while living a busy life and pursuing life dreams. |
