I didn’t just choose that name for my health consultancy business for no reason.
To me, “health” and “balance” are interchangeable. I feel that you cannot have one without the other. What is a healthy food? What is a healthy diet? Well, because there is no exact right answer to those, the best answer is something that is balanced. Each and every person has a different path to take with different needs, wants, trials, and barriers. Meaning, your picture of health will not look like someone else’s picture of health.
But if you can find that sweet spot where you have a good balance between mind, body, and spirit, then you have health. And even if you find a perfect balance right now, it can change with each passing moment. Health is a living concept that is in a constant stage of change and fluctuation.
That is why to continue to work towards health and wellness, you must continue to work towards balancing it all. Some days we will need to focus on strengthening our body. Other times our focus will turn to a spiritual need.
But whatever it is, I hope to keep the focus (of balancing those aspects of wellness) throughout my entire journey with Balance Your Wellness. I want to continue building what I offer to others so my services can help them in whatever area they are looking to balance.
